DESCRIPTION:El próximo 5 de tendrá lugar la ponencia “Mujeres e inteligencia artificial: liderando el cambio”\, una charla que parte de una idea fundamental: la Inteligencia Artificial no es solo una tecnología emergente\, sino una herramienta de transformación social y profesional que puede ayudarnos a reducir brechas y generar nuevas oportunidades.\nDurante la sesión explicaremos de forma clara y accesible qué es la IA\, cómo funciona la IA generativa y cómo ya forma parte de nuestra vida cotidiana. Abordaremos también cuestiones clave como la privacidad\, los sesgos y la importancia de un uso ético y responsable.\nLa ponencia pone el foco en el papel de las mujeres en el desarrollo tecnológico\, visibilizando referentes femeninos que están liderando avances en salud\, investigación\, emprendimiento y creatividad. Porque la tecnología necesita diversidad\, y el futuro de la IA no puede construirse sin la mirada\, la voz y el liderazgo de las mujeres.\nAdemás\, trabajaremos su aplicación práctica en empleabilidad y emprendimiento: cómo utilizar la IA para mejorar un currículum\, preparar entrevistas\, desarrollar un plan de negocio o crear contenidos digitales. El objetivo es que las asistentes no solo entiendan qué es la IA\, sino que descubran cómo puede convertirse en una aliada real en su desarrollo profesional y personal. \n
