DESCRIPTION:El próximo 5 de tendrá lugar la ponencia “Mujeres e inteligencia artificial: liderando el cambio”\, una charla que parte de una idea fundamental: la Inteligencia Artificial no es solo una tecnología emergente\, sino una herramienta de transformación social y profesional que puede ayudarnos a reducir brechas y generar nuevas oportunidades.\nDurante la sesión explicaremos de forma clara y accesible qué es la IA\, cómo funciona la IA generativa y cómo ya forma parte de nuestra vida cotidiana. Abordaremos también cuestiones clave como la privacidad\, los sesgos y la importancia de un uso ético y responsable.\nLa ponencia pone el foco en el papel de las mujeres en el desarrollo tecnológico\, visibilizando referentes femeninos que están liderando avances en salud\, investigación\, emprendimiento y creatividad. Porque la tecnología necesita diversidad\, y el futuro de la IA no puede construirse sin la mirada\, la voz y el liderazgo de las mujeres.\nAdemás\, trabajaremos su aplicación práctica en empleabilidad y emprendimiento: cómo utilizar la IA para mejorar un currículum\, preparar entrevistas\, desarrollar un plan de negocio o crear contenidos digitales. DESCRIPTION:Un espacio para crear\, compartir y reconectar con la memoria a través del arte. “Mujeres en Flor” es un taller creativo que invita a explorar las historias de mujeres y su vínculo con la tierra\, utilizando la escritura\, el dibujo y la expresión artística como herramientas de reflexión. \nDurante la sesión\, las participantes podrán crear su propio cuaderno de agricultora: un lugar íntimo donde sembrar palabras\, recuerdos e ideas. La actividad combina cine\, lectura y creación\, generando un ambiente cercano y participativo en el que no se necesita experiencia previa. \nEste tipo de propuestas artísticas\, cada vez más presentes\, buscan ofrecer espacios de bienestar emocional y conexión personal a través de la creatividad
